Since we specialize in customized and printed products, returns and refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.
  • There is a printing error caused by us that differs from your approved design.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Incorrect orders due to customer errors (e.g., wrong design, spelling mistakes, or incorrect specifications).
  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution differences.

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your order. Email us at help@praxcart.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Review & Approval: Our team will assess your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  3. Return Instructions (if applicable): If approved, we will provide return shipping details (if required). The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 2 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., minor defects that do not affect product usability).

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production starts. Once printing begins, cancellations are not allowed.

5. Exchanges
